I was contracted to produce video content for Australian/New Zealand publication Mindfood Magazine, across a range of subject matter and locations. A regular feature was video profiles on different New Zealand farms and homesteads, with the editor and food editor of the magazine visiting each of these locations, receiving a tour, and cooking a local recipe together. These were displayed on the Mindfood website, as well as their iPad app.
